We are rolling out some major changes to the site to improve administrative capabilities, categorize tracks and mixes via tags, add navigation options, and lastly improve search functionality.
- We've introduced the concept of tags on tracks and mixes to be able to better classify them with various attributes. From example, tracks now can benefit from tags to describe them as 'openers' or 'power tracks'
- The site menu now includes more sub-menu options on news, mixes, playlists and videos
- We rolled out the global search feature which now allows you to enter a search keyword and have matching results returned for the whole site! We believe that this feature will offer site visitors more value than the search functions that we had for each individual page
- The site now includes our logo in seasonal styles for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Keep an eye out for them. We'll be rolling out more of these as more holidays approach to make the site look more seasonally festive.
- We added automated announcements for administrators who want to add important messages for site visitors that have an expiration date on them. Messages automatically stop showing on the landing page after they've expired.
- We rolled out a new theme called 'Artic Ice' for a second lighter version beyond the cream-like look and feel that 'Paladian Dawn' offers.
- We've extended the visibility framework that we had added sometime back and made it available for posts, mixes, and playlists
- We are working through some standardization and re-usability across the site to reduce overall maintenance effort. This has created some bugs in the process but we are working to resolve those as quickly as possible
- The audio mix player for many of our mixes no longer works. This is a known issue that we are actively working on correcting. Please be patient.
