This major release to version 4.23.0 is related to a new visibility framework that we have introduced for news posts and for playlists.
This framework gives administrators the ability to specify the level of visibility on a new news article or a new playlist when it's created.
Visibility can be tailored to several levels spanning from very restrictive with the ability to restrict access to the creator all the way to very broad visibility giving public view for visitors.
