The underground house mix This Is My Section (which I titled after the lyrics from a favorite song of mine by Blaze called 'My Beat') has more of the tech house style mixed into it and is generally a more abrasive house mix but is also intentionally reminiscent of some of the late 90's sounds with the inclusion of a remix of 'Phunk' Phenomenon, by Mihalis Safras. Another spectacular addition in this mix is that of Berlin producer Klangkuestler, with his latest track called 'Warehouse Decade' which adds that a phenomenal dark groove and inspired rave feel with ultra-wide synths that make it sound perfect for that industry vibe.
You can find the tracklist for 'This Is My Section' here.
The second mix was released earlier this week as Edition #32 of the Four on Four Radio show and is typically a classic house set. It is a continuation of the first mix and is intended to bring some of the more cheeky house music that was prominent in late 90's. Listen out for several tracks that do a great job of resurrecting those tracks we all are nostalgic on like The Bomb 2K17 (remix of the Bucketheads classic) and the original mix titled Renegade Masta by Wasabi which takes the lyrics from Wildchild's 'Renegade Master' (later remixed by Fatboy Slim).

May is coming and since April got to see so much of that harder house, I'll be slowing things down a bit and throwing down some lighter, more cheerful future house mixes over the next month. Stay tuned.
Cheers!
