We are in the process of laying the groundwork to provide a major enhancement feature for users in Four on Four Music Portal which will allow users to select from pre-defined themes and apply their own preferred look and feel for the site.
As part of this feature we will also be enabling the ability for our administrators to build and manage the custom themes that users can select from. In order to make this feature possible, we have had to do some clean up work in our style sheets and decouple much of our site's custom style tags from the standard styles in the Bootstrap framework. This provides us one key benefit in that our custom styles will now be able to be loaded completely independent of the Bootstrap framework.
We are working hard to improve the look and feel of the site, while at the same time giving us the ability to freely extend it to our needs and most importantly, be able to stay current to the latest version of Bootstrap without breaking the user interface.
While we are making this change you may see some styles (primarily in backgrounds, text and colors) in the site that don't render correctly. Do not worry, we are working to fix it. Thank you for your patience.
